Margaritas and Nachos

One of the best kept secrets in Salt Lake City is the Friday Happy Hour at Pitchers Lounge at the Marriott University Park.  It not only features $3 Margaritas and Bud Lights, but also a free endless nacho bar!

The bill for a whole evening of food and drinks out with my friends came to just $12.94. For a cheap evening of drinking and snacks, you can't beat Fridays @ the University Marriott. Every Friday from 4-7pm.

Like millions of Americans, after decades of living well beyond my means, I've recently found myself in need of setting a budget and sticking to it. After painstakingly creating my budget, I learned that once all the bills are paid, I have $22 each day to spend on food, entertainment and household purchases. It doesn't seem like much - and that's because it isn't in America. Sadly, I also learned that $22 is slightly more than the average DAILY income of every human on the planet. That got me thinking, what fun can a person have for $22 dollars a day or less?
